A thought on love

Sex is not love. Sex is a holy, beautiful act that brings together man & woman in holy marriage. Love is a verb. Love is deep, it’s wide, it’s full of faithful beauty that is ever increasing. People overlook the simple beauty of love, & only see the physical pleasures that relationships carry with them. This generation has given up on loving. They don’t want anything to do with it. All they want is pleasure. Well guess what, love brings with it immense pleasure that surpasses anything anyone could imagine. & it’s not just something that’s here one day, & gone the next, oh no, it’s an ever-fixed mark upon which is never broken. Love is faithful. Don’t let love ruin you. Let it shape & form you into something rare & beautiful to behold. God is love. Therefore he is every attribute of love. He is faithful. He can’t help himself but be faithful to our wandering hearts. He is Alfa, the great I Am. Isn’t it so reassuring to know that we sit in the palm of his hands? That we can rest in the promises of his word knowing that he will fulfill & satisfy even the darkest places in our hearts. The places we don’t even know exist. But He does. He fills, he renews. He loves. So that we can love. So love one another, don’t just physically love, but emotionally, deeply love. For a heart full of genuine love is a powerful thing.

if we as humans could only see the depth & Devine deepness of the love which radiates through Jesus for us. He loved, so we can love. He died, so that we could live. He made a way for us to enter the holy beautiful place called heaven. We will reign with him. He is everything, beginning & end. He satisfies the inner core of my being which aches for his delight, his smile & laugh. He loves me. He wants my whole heart. Will i give, yes. Take all of me. I belong to you.
